No update in EE Application details

Hi Seniors,

I had applied on Sept. 18 and received my AOR on the same day. Since that day my applicant details only say "Eligibility review in progress". There's no update in anything else, I was just wondering if this is normal as I have seen people getting their medical passed in a couple of days. Is anyone in the same boat ?
