NO UPDATE FROM GIC

SENT A MAIL TO newaccount @ scotiabank.., & received acknowledgement on june 27..,til now no update from them..,

Is anyone having similar situation of mine..,

I have applied for new account on 3rd July , it's 8 days now but no response as of now.

YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR SEP INTAKE?I think u should get it by this week only.Did u write a follow up email to them?Bcz mine also took 20 days.Then after my follow up email,i got my gic acnt after 5 days.

I haven't written follow up email.

Generally how many days it takes to obtain GIC certificate after transfering the 10K CAD $.

Can I apply for SPP visa only by showing wire - transfer receipt ?

i have also applied for it on 2nd july but till yet i haven't received any account details

i have heard that 21st july is the last date for sept intake

Hi Arks Khatri,

I think you can apply for visa before 1st August , haven't heard of 21st July .

21st july is the last date till the GIC's will be issued..There won't be any gic's after 21st..

n Last date for applying for visa is 8th august maybe..

Usually they send account details and GIC certificate on last 2 working day's Thursday and Friday. If didn't received certificate or details then wait till next Friday. Don't be upset guy's we have 20 day's left for end of this month. Be ready with everything else. GIC is taking around 25 working day's for complete process.

I have also applied on 27th June and not received GIC account details yet...

I am afraid of getting late..

I think we all will have 10 to 15 days to get GIC certificate, so we will be having 15 days to prepare other papers..

big problem is GIC..
