No Status Update since AOR

Hi guys

I am currently confused as to why my application has yet to receive any updates as I have submitted my application and AOR was on 26th October, and so far, I have seen people receiving updates in 4 to 7 days. May I know if this is normal for me to have waited for more than a week?

2-3 weeks for Medical update. Sometimes it takes 4 weeks as well. Be patient.

you need to be patient. medical passed update can take up to 15-30 days

Only 7 days. It takes 3-4 weeks sometimes.
