No response to my emails ever

Hello, my application has been received by High Commission in New Delhi from CIC. As requested by Delhi office, I submitted documents and they were received by them as evident from online packet tracking.

But to my surprise they asked again for one document, which I sent them in original in the same mail (police clearance).

I emailed them, several emails. I myself have several queries, but they never-never replied back even after 2 months. For e.g. I stayed in Germany with breaks over a period of 1 year. But I never stayed continuously more than 6 months. But they are asking for police clearance. They don't respond to my emails.

I hope the email ID's are DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

The telephone operators are rude and ignorant, knows nothing about anything.

I am not sure what to do now?

They will respond , and will accommodate you

Hi Kanchan, This is Sanjoy. did you stay for continuous 6 months in Germany? I don't know the current rules as I migrated to Canada some 4 years back but I had to provide three police clearance certificates from USA. 1 for California (stayed 3 years there), 1 for New York (stayed 6 months and 2 days) and a federal one from FBI. These were in addition to the one from Kolkata. I found all details regarding obtaining police clearance from USA in cic.gc.ca website. Also, please try to provide what they ask for. This will save you from losing time.
