NO RESPONSE FROM STUDY PERMIT

Hello people, here is my story:
I posted the 15th of may 2021 the demand for my study permit with every document needed (except the biometrics infos), however, at that same time, i didnt have my CAQ yet so I put in the CAQ category my demand of CAQ and not the CAQ itself. Today, we are the 22th of August and I need to take the plane the 31st and I have my CAQ since a week. However, I have had no info from IRCC since. No additional docs needed or anything but I still dont have my study permit. I wanted to send them my CAQ when i got it but we can’t send additional docs without their demand. So I finally decided to go on the IrCc webform and post my story and put my CAQ doc with my message which I sent them a week ago now.
Does anyone know What to do in my situation ?
By the way, i tried contacting the IRcC by phone but they aren’t responding...
HELP !
 
hey there

-submitted my appli June 4th
-biometrics done & processed June 24th
-uploaded my CAQ on the 12th of August
-no need for medical
-no need for interview
-background check still porcessing

I've raised 2 web forms.
-18th
-19th
and they've not answered anything either.
As long as you've uploaded your CAQ you should be fine in terms of documents but I'd say be prepared to maybe move your flight...

Calls won't be entertained specially if you're from outside Canada.
Your best option is webform.

You still need to hear from IRCC, worst case, defer your program.
 
Email your school,
my deadline to make it to Canada is November 8th so you may not have to defer
