no response from immigration department

Hi Friends,
One month ago I posted all my immigration documents for ALBERTA immigration program,but till now there is no response from their side.Can anybody please tell me how many days it will take to get a response,I donot know what is heppning from their side.I am currently woriking in USA.Please clarify my query.

I read in different cases, it takes 1-3 months for any responce. So be calm, which category have you applied? try to search on trackitt.com for specific timeline idea.

Thanks Friend,I applied under PNP Alberta program,I applied on april mid.Till now there is no communication or any acknowledgement from them.I have tracking number ,using thatI confirmed that it was received perfectly.I donot know whether they accepted or not?I was told that under this program it may take 9 months only to get the PR,but their is no response till now.
