No response from cic

My application reached on 17 july, so in how much time from now should i expect response from cic?

They are only processing apps received upto 14th May, you may have 3-4 months to wait

Why they are processing only application of 14 may?

So far they came to that far (they have completed till May 12th) First come First serve basis

as the number of applications were very high in first 2 weeks.

So it mite take 3 4 months ? During this process the cap also be reached? And can you plz tell me where do u get this information that up-till now they processed till 14 may?
