No response for my visitor visa application

Hello community,
I am an Indian national currently in Germany on a researcher visa for the purpose of completing a PhD. I applied for a visitor visa for Canada on May 25 2024 and I submitted my bio-metrics on June 1 2024. I am waiting since then for any response from the Canadian immigration about my application. I had submitted my financial proof (bank statement), passport and other details asked during the application process. I have not received any rejection or acceptance till date. I am worried if my application is just stuck somewhere. I have no clue how to move forward after this point. Please help me with this matter. I am really looking forward to the suggestions of forum people.

Processing is about 10 months so well within normal times. Check IRCC processing times.

Thank you for your response @Naturgrl. I checked the processing time for my case its 287 days. Its approximately 9 months and few days. I should probably wait for their response now ? I was thinking may be there is a problem with my application.

Nothing wrong processing is long at times posted are estimates so most likely longer.

You are still under the states processing time and likely have a couple of months still to wait before you have an answer in your application. Good luck.
