I am not sure of your question, but think you are saying your courier company cannot or will not give you a documentation of proof of delivery. If this is so, there is no way to determine when your package arrived. Your best option is to monitor when your fees are cashed. If they have NOT been cashed for 6 weeks after the date you expected your package to be received you can send an email enquiry to CIO.
I would strongly suggest you follow up with the company you paid to deliver your package to find out WHY they cannot provide the information if you sent it on the understanding there WOULD be proof of delivery. Good Luck!
