Thanks much all of you for all these very important information providing free of cost !!! I am going to start processin my PR under FSW to Canada from USA.
Like to know no of consulate in USA from where we can process PR. I am currently located in Texas. Is "Buffalo" only option for me ?

1. Initial application to CIO Sydney.
2. If you were admitted to the US for 1 year, then Buffalo.
