No news from Nova Scotia

I applied under the skilled immigration category in September 2008 from India. The online status of the application is that it has been sent to Nova Scotia in March 2009. I have not heard anything from them till date. I posted a letter and also sent an email requesting them to provide me an update on my application, but no reply.
Kindly suggest me. Thanks

Where are you checking your status. Is this the premilinary files sent to Nova Scotia for Screening ?

yes, for me the file has been sent to Nova Scotia for initial screening. 1 year has passed since it reaching Nova Scotia! 1 year passed with the file at New Delhi! No updates yet...
