Hello All

My police certificate has returned with a 'No Live Trace' term. This is due to student high jinx gone wrong in 1994. However Last Christmas I fell asleep my car with the engine on in a hotel car park after a work party. The police were called and I spent a night in the cell but was not charged however I think I was cautioned. Do I disclose this and will it affect my application? Also my wife is a Canadian citizen and is sponsoring me.

Here is a link that might help u.

Also, if they did lock u up in a cell, then the police will have a record of it. It is better to disclose it and explain what exactly happened. If you hide it, u are taking a chance on getting caught for misrepresentation.
