No link for online study application in GCKey

Hello Everyone,
I've created an account with GCKey to start the online study application (I've received my letter of acceptance from UVic). But, even signed in, there are no links available to start an online application, just links for changing password, etc. I feel like I'm missing a step here. Can anyone help??

I did, I have, several times. I've googled it, looked at YouTube videos. I have a personal reference code, all of that. No links for online application within the GCKey after log in.
