No last name on Indian passport

Hi I want to apply Canada visa for my dad. His passport doesn't have last name in the passport. Two words name is present in Given name only. Now in the Canada visa form last name is mandatory. What to mention there??

Your dad must enter all his given names in the family name/surname field and leave the given name field blank.

He must write all his given names exactly as it appears in his passport. No initials
