No last name... Am I in trouble?

I have never used my last name. None of the documents have my last name, not even my passport. Is that a problem when it comes to filling up the PR application? Shall I write 'NA' or simply leave it as blank?

It really doesn't matter.

My wife didn't have a last name on her passport : and her application went thru.
It is a very common issue in India from where I am, where the passport has missing last name. In the past, getting a passport was such a long drawn process. that such minor errors were overlooked.

The PR process will not be an issue, however, upon landing getting a SIN will be problem. Even that has got a workaround, they will do a manual processing of the SIN which take 2-3 weeks as compared to 1 day or the same day.
