Hello!
I've already submitted 2 profiles and haven't received any Job Seeker validation code in MyCIC messages!

1. your Express Entry profile number:XXXXXXXXX
2. your Job Seeker validation code:(empty!!!)

How can I register with my job bank account?
Where can I get this code else?

Means after downloading the message, there is no job seeker validation code after Profile number in the PDF file? That is weird!!!
 
Did you put your identification as passport ? Normally its last 4 number of your passport.

I submitted 2 passports (national and travel) I've tried both last numbers - failed!
 
ohh...may be you should mail CIC. Its a long shot but they might look into it.
 
Guyz.. this is just a workaround.. Please try this.. Already, i suggested this to some of the members and they confirmed that it worked for them..

Try to create your account with this link https://seeker.jobbank.gc.ca/seeker/ .. They should ask you about your job seeker validation code.. try to use last 4 digit of your passport as job seeker validation code.. Complete your jobbank profile and upon completion you should get the confirmation message in your email and mycic account... You should also find that your EE profile status is Submitted, open and Job bank registration is Accepted.. Please let us know whether this workaround works for you or not..
