My profile was submitted on Nov, 2017 as per the express entry web portal. It says that i am eligible and my CRS is 364. Now recently under the HCP stream as per http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNOI.html, CRS score from 350-439 got ITA for profiles submitted from Jan to Aug , 2018. Does this mean that my profile was not even in the draw? Should i create a new one? Am i missing something here? Please help!

Oh okay! I got it now. Thanks for the response. Anyways i think i need to increase my CRS score by retaking IELTS.
