You need to fulfill the IELTS/TOEFL requirement to get the admission.

Also, every institute has an English Proficiency Exemption List. Go through that list and find that your home country and the institute/school from where you completed your last eduction exists or not. If it exists, then you can simple take English Proficiency Letter from your last school and can send it along with your admission application. Otherwise, you need to fulfill this IELTS/TOEFL requirement!
