You honestly don't know why? Don't know what is happening across the globe? No clue when they will resume. Scores will be high.

I had no clue about the process and I'm learning a lot about the process everyday. I found out about the FSW-Outland draws just a couple of days ago.
Forgive me if I sound stupid but I've just begun and trying to get suggestions on how could I proceed with my application.

I understand there is a pandemic spread all around the globe and there is a delay in the immigration process due to it.
Who knows because of Covid. You can complete your ECAs and IELTS tests as you need 67+ to be eligible to submit a profile. You want a CRS score over 470...at least right now.
That's 100 points too low to have a chance of being selected.
You either need to dramatically increase your points to the 470+ range or Express Entry / FSW is not an option for you.
Working on it, trying to better my score, let me know if I can do something to do this.
Improve your IELTS score, get a Masters/degree, learn French are some ways.
The pandemic plus Canada is looking to revamp the FSWP program. There are so many who have been approved for PR who have not been granted permission to travel for almost 1;5 years. They just announced today that those waiting can enter. The focus changed to inland application versus adding more PRs who are stuck abroad.
