No foreign experience section in CRS updated calculator - what to select?

Hello experts,
What should I select in second section of work experience question in updated calculator?

It just asked: how many years of skilled work experience you have in last 10 years? Does it include both Canadian and foreign work experience?
For instance, I have 3 years of Canadian experience and one year foreign work experience. Should I select 3 or more or just 1 as foreign experience. Expert please answer
