No CR's score on my express entry

I calculated using the come to Canada tool and was told I am eligible,used the CR's calculator and for 409 but when I applied, my express entry is showing ineligle , I want to apply for express entry through provincial nomination

You must have selected an incorrect option somewhere in your profile. It's hard to help without knowing what you answered / selected in your profile. Suggest you post that information here.
