No Biodata attachment?!?

I received an email Friday requesting a copy of my passport and 2 recent photos.
BUT - they require confirmation of my height & eye colour - "Please complete the attached form “Biodata” and return it to us".

But there was no attachment and I already sent this info/biodata form 2 months ago. Do I need to resend?

E-mail them. Say you sent it, ask did they receive it? If not, tell them that you received the request but you didn't receive the form. Alternatively, send the form again since you already have it!
