No AOR2 Notification from Local Visa office.

Hi everyone my husband received and e-mail 2 months ago that his application was being transferred to his local visa office (POS, Trinidad) but since then we have not received any correspondence from IRCC or from the embassy in Trinidad... Arent we supposed to receive an AOR 2 by now??? Should we contact the embassy?? Any feedback will be appreciated!

It's common to only receive one or the other (notification from Mississauga about the transfer, and/or notification from the VO that they've received your app). Does your ECAS say "in process" for the applicant? If so that means the app has been received and begun to be processed at the VO.

Is that true? Because ours said “in process” for PA when we had AOR1 and “in process” for sponsor too until we got SA....then sponsor switched to “decision made”....but we haven’t received our visa office yet

My ECAS says In progress since I receive AOR1, but I need a AOR2 for send to Quebec gouvernement for CSQ
My app was receive on March 26 2018, my wife is from Mexico
