No AOR after two and half months

My application for sponsership for my wife was received at CIC Sydney office on July 06, 2018 and still no AOR. Anyone else facing this?

Seems like Sydney is taking their time with AORs. An applicant from June 27 just got their AOR today, so hang in there, it will come soon.
