It's not normal. Contact ircc, try your mom, check your spamailboxes, and be prepared to apply again.
call them.
send multiple webform requests.
request GCMS notes.
talk to your local MP
How do i contact my local MP.? and every single day i checked my email also in spam junk and all.
Thanks for suggestions , i have tried to called them, send them webforms bt no satisfying reply from them.

You look up the name of your mp based on location in Canada. You look up the office contact info. You call or write the office.
Google find my mp will likely work.
I called month ago. they said you need to have your file no./application no. for further info and wait for AOR.
With details of the applicants they should be able to find the application number. If they cannot, it may have been either lost or returned.
call them and dial 232110 when the machine start telling you press 1 for…..it will transfer to agent right away.
