hello i'm PR , i have made a visitor visa application for my mother who live in Algeria , she did biometrics in September 2020 and till today there is no answer after almost 300 days of waiting, in IRCC website it written 161 days for Algeria, is this normal or should i try and contact IRCC, Thank you
