Hello to All esp to the senior members here.

As per subject above, the question about "Have you resided in countries other than Canada?", my husband have been living in Canada (already citizen) for almost 30 years now. The only country he has resided other than Canada was the Philippines. When they were still here in the Philippines, they had lived to several locations because of his father's job. It's been several years since then and my husband does not really remember the exact addresses of where they lived here. My question is, you think it is Ok if he will just put the different locations and on the period of residence, just put from the day he was born until the time they left for Canada? Also to have a Separate Sheet explaining why he cannot provide exact addresses of their residence here in the Philippines? You think this will be acceptable to CIC?

Any advice, please?

I think you have a good plan. That should work fine.

If I remember right, you're supposed to add a page or two to the IMM 5540 describing your relationship. That would also be a great place to mention the Philippines residency.
