Hi everyone! I have applied for LPN as well as RN on same date recently. Do I need to give both the forms for verification to nursing, employment and registration council or giving verification form of just one, either LPN or RN will do the job for both? Anyone who has idea on this is highly appreciated! I am bit confused as both the application forms have got different application no though rest of the details are same????
