Hello,
For some reason the form Nursing Practice/Employment Form is not downloadable. That means one is able to download the form but there is no content and there are no personal data inside it. I tried this on several computers with always the same result.
The two other forms (Nursing Education Form and the Nursing Registration Form) are downloadable with the personal content. So it seems that there is a problem with the NNAS server.
Anyone the same experience?
