nj pcc, fingerprint from india police station, no signature- what to do?

Hi
I got my fingerprints done from local police station for nj pcc. But they have not signed the ' impressions taken by' box. Neither have they provided a letter to say that they have taken the fingerprints.

Can I send the fingerprints as such or will I need the signatures??
