PNP paper mode, and Outland applicant
I’ve received RFV notification from the IRCC, and requested to submit a passport at VFS.
Unfortunately, my dependent (Child) passport is less than 12 months validity (10 months to expire). So do I need to renew passport prior to the VFS submission? Or will they still consider the current passport for the visa stamping process?

If your passport is from a country whose citizens need a visa to travel to Canada, you will need to submit original passport(s) for you and each accompanying family member. Your passport(s) should be valid for at least 12 months and have at least two blank pages. An accompanying family member must have his or her own passport or travel document.
