Next Steps after AOR?

People who have received their PR under express entry, please share their timelines, as in
1. When did they submitted their applications
2. When AOR was recieved
3. When did CIC showed the medical has been passed.
4. When did CIC asked for any additional documents?
5. When did you received your PR?

If possible please also share any other relevant dates, that are applicable.
