Next step after receiving PT

I received an Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter for Ontario in my EE application.

I am wondering:
1. I registered a profile for the Human Capital Priorities Stream (CEC) in the OINP e-Filing Portal. Is this correct?
2. Should I wait for EE-CEC to resume and go with EE? (my score is 467)
3. If I choose to complete the application on OINP, does that remove or conflict with my EE application?
