next procedure after paid landing fee

Hi, do u anyone has idea how much time take after paying landing fee. Actually I paid my fee in jan n till date my online status show in process, I email to ottawa pilot centre but I didnt get reply. If anybody know pls let me know my work permit is also expire in june.
