ANy news about work permit. It wa a rumour now work permit willl issur at the time of entree in Canada.

Is it implementd or not?

I think it sounded a little bit differently.
You cannot ask for both - Work permit and Study Permit at POE. They only want to allow a student (after he/she came to Canada with Study Permit granted at POE) to apply to work permit right away without 6 months waitnig period.
