hello.ı would lıke to ask how a newcomer wıthout a Canadıan credıt hıstory can convınce the landlord he/she wıll pay the rent....ı have heard ıts too dıffıcult for a newcomer to fınd a house to stay....what do u thınk?

Although you are not required to do so, make sure you take your bank statements when you meet with the landlord/rental agency. That's the best way to show that you would be able to pay rent for the tenure of your lease period.
It'd also help if you are employed (and you can show employment/salary proof).
Once again- it's not mandatory for you to disclose your bank statement or employment- and landlords will not explicitly ask for it- but it's something that you can do to put them at ease.
Finally, when you meet them- treat it like an interview and be confident and come across like you fit in!

best of luck!
