Hello, well my situation is that i recently was granted my PR status again and will re enter canada this fall. I want to start school in the winter at seneca college in toronto. How long do I have to reside in toronto or canada for me to be elegible? Am I even eligible ? Any comments , opinions or experiences would be appreciated.
