Newborn duel citizenship question

hey everyone

I’m canadian PR holder and indian citizen.
My wife is canadian pr holder as well and US citizen.
We are living and working in canada.

My question is, whenever we have a baby and born in canada, is he or she ll be eligible for duel citizenship for canada and usa?

The baby will be a Canadian citizen by default if born in Canada. Whether the baby is also a US citizen will depend on whether the residence requirements for derivative citizenship are met. Recommend you research derivative US citizenship rules.
