hi moderator, i really need your help. i am new here in this forum, i want you to put me through. how do i start as a begineer. i have my national diploma and higher national diploma in computer engineering and also a working class. how do i begin the whole process.also came across the language test dt needs to be taken. what site do i need to visit that as per that area. i really need your urgent response .

ECA is Education Credential Assessment which you need to do before your applicaiton
the closing up is for submission of application
