Indeed I have just started my process and will appear for IELTS on 27th June. Also, will get my credentials assessed too.

That's where my confusion occurs where I want to be educated on the difference between the 2 - EE and PNP

I have not started my application yet as I said I will be appearing for IELTS and my credential assessment is also pending

Without job in Alberta, it is not possible to get AINP. Try for job in Canada and apply thro EE.

So... without job offer we cannot even immigrate to canada even under EE

Yes very difficult now. I came with a job in 2012 and applied for AINP then got PR.

well as per my knowledge u can move to canada
without job but u need to eligible in ee rules.cureent
cut off for applying without lmia or pnp was close to 470
u have to create your profile once u done ielts n credentials
evalution. then see how many points u have to apply
ee. if i r getting 450 then your chances under ee is brigjt
another options r sinp or mpnp thos r little liberal to
invite outland applicant compare to ainp or bc or opnp.
