2. IMM008DEPENU
Q3, what will be the UCI #?
Q11, what should be the correct word to enter, why partner is not accompanying, actual reason is she has a better job, in another country we were living, and not our home country?
Q12. What will be the dependent type? I have only my spouse in my application.

Questions:

1. Form IMM0008_8E
Question # 5 : current job in the date section from & to , what should I enter the later "to"? your WP expiry date

2. IMM008DEPENU
Q3, what will be the UCI #? no need to enter and ideally its ur 8 digit in WP
Q11, what should be the correct word to enter, why partner is not accompanying, actual reason is she has a better job, in another country we were living, and not our home country? If at all you can mention working in different countries or some work restrictions until sometime (don't give reasons for them to think why spouse is not accompanying)
Q12. What will be the dependent type? I have only my spouse in my application. SPOUSE

Pg2
Q4. Intended occupation for wife after she comes to Canada?
if she works now and if you find any relevant NOC code title then put it. This doesn't make any significance unless like PA(principal applicant)

Q3. What will be my UCI #? You leave it blank and they will assign (Ideally that is the 8 digit # on your work permit )
Q10. Country of Resi from - To , if the country is current what should be in section to? last date of your work permit expiry

Q4. Immigration office requested for processing this application? This is CPC-Ottawa or your home country New Delhi,India. if somehow you forgot then they will default to ottawa

Q2. My National ID document, can I put my driving license? You can select NO and proceed no need to select YES as India passport is widely accepted as NI. I heard cases someone put aadhar card etc but not required.

I have completed my IELTS, does my wife needs to appear for same, I am the primary applicant? Not required for any secondary application only PA

In statutory declaration what country should I enter. I am now in Canada, my wife is in UAE our home country is India; my work permit was applied from India. If you are applying from CANADA you enter Canada and ask her to enter UAE and send the application to you after sign and u will send it

Use of representative, since I am not using one, do I have to attach the form by putting NA? No need to attach that form at all.

answers above

Hi,

Thank you sir for timely response, please find below my further questions

1.Dependent Type the form asks me to choose from drop down menu, A,B,C , 1 or 2, which one to choose? You should select YES to the question. If you choose NO then you will get those type a,b,c dependent. because you are applying for your spouse too so you need to choose YES as she will accompany you once you/she become PR. Makes sense ? I know you are select NO coz she is not with you, but that not the case.

2.Statutory Declaration first section me & my spouse name follows by the address. we were married in India & stayed in UAE for 8 ,years until I moved here last year, what should be the address on form, she received her WP while in UAE & I received from India as I applied from there.
She is still living in UAE. Your spouse current address

Q1.d I filed tax last year from here , what should be my answer yes or no to T-1 (my wife has not joined me to Canada) - I am not sure I get this question right. If your spouse is not here with you, you should have applied for tax return as single, so select accordingly. I'm unsure if I answered your question.
Q5. What should be the address on Solemn declaration? I presume Applicants current address
3. Supplementary information your travel, my question is the travel dates of me & my spouse should go in, do I need to add my parents as well, I don't have kids. - Not required for your parents. Only required for you and your spouse
4. Form IMM 5604E Declaration from non accompanying parent/guardian for minors immigrating to Canada, do I need to include this form, like I mentioned I have no kids. - No need of this form in your case (as you said you have no kids)

Regards

Hi - Is it mandatory for the dependent to be in Canada while applying for PR.?? I heard that if the address are different it will be processed separately, File number including the timelines will be different. Please suggest as my spouse cannot travel back to canada before i apply.

Thanks

Hi

No the dependent does not have to be in Canada during the PR application process. You need to list out the address of where they are currently. Provided all other documentation and information is correct there should be no issues.

We have dependents not in Canada, the application number is the same for us all., each applicant will have their own UCI but it is tied to the main application. I was one of the first to get MR from the January application batch, so I would say it is a myth based on my own experience.

Thx

Thank you for the clarification.
Had one more query regarding Birth certificate. I have an affidavit which was done on June 2014, i will be attaching our 10th class marks card. But wanted to confirm if there is anything like validity for affidavit, can i use the same or need to get the new one?. Please suggest

Thanks

Hi,

In supplementary information form your travel, do I have to list all travel visits? what should a person do if he has an E-gate card for immigration which does not put any physical entry/exit stamps on passport.does he still has to mention all visits, can he obtain travel dates information from immigration.

Regards,
Psc

Hi

Yes all travel, it is your responsibility to remember when and where your travelled regardless oh whether you have a passport stamp or not.

I very much doubt you will get assistance from immigration.

Thx
