It' s almost 3 mounth that I' m collecting documents for the sponsorship and the other day I was at the website to pay the fees and I've read the new regulation.
How much can be influence my situation ?

If someone can help I will really appreciate.

Well - if your application has been filed with CIC before the 25th of October, it doesn't apply to you. If you have not sent your application yet, then it applies to you.
If you have been married for less than 2 years, or if you don't have a child, you are required to stay 2 years (at least) with your sponsor after landing. here are the rules and the consequences.
