Hi, I saw that from the end of November, the QSWP will be replaced with the Qualified Worker Selection period - which seems more selective and more stricter. I am doing my french exam in a few days (just oral) and was planning to apply as soon as I have results and am selected.
However, based on the new program it seems I would need to do the written test as well, as well as there would be category-based draws. Being in accounting/finance I don't see it being selected in a category draw.
My questions are
1. Will they still have draws on the old program till November (I would definitely be selected based on past draw scores if there was a draw beginning of October
2. If my application is submitted before this new program becomes effective, will it be processed under the old or new program?
