Hi, can anyone help put my mind at rest. Have submitted application FSW with AEO to NS in December. Credit card was debited and heard back on 4th Feb 2013 that we are 'In Process' after our files has been transfered to London. We have not heard anything since. However, on the CIC website it states that FSW applications with jobs are usually processed within a year. Is this true? As I have heard confilicting reports from other forum users on other forums I wondered if anyone can confirm this is the case?
We are a family of 4, I am English, husband is Swiss, 2 kids. Husband is qualified site manager and has got a job with a firm out in Canada who need a german speaking site manager. Our chances are good, I think? But the lack of communication and timescales are getting us worried. Our next step is medicals, but it's coming up five months. Just need to know a realistic time scale please. Looking forward to your replies.
