New PR with POE as Toronto

Hi All,

I am a new PR and I landed in Toronto.
PR card has Toronto Address as well. but i have got a job offer from montreal based firm. Now after PR i cannot get CSQ , how do i proceed with this situation?

As you are already a PR, you don't need a CSQ to work in Quebec.
