New PR card in process but have a valid visitor visa. Can I return to Canada?

Hi there. I was recently issued an eCoPR in February but I haven’t received my PR card yet. I already have a valid multiple-entry visitor visa back from when I was here on a work permit. If I were to travel outside Canada on March 31st and return on May 5th, can I return to Canada (as a Permanent Resident) using my existing valid visitor visa that expires in 2025? Or do I necessarily need a PRTD to re-enter Canada?

Assume it will not be possible to return using the TRV. They are canceled once someone becomes a PR.
