I have been trying to login into the new portal IRCC website and I am getting this error:

• Request failed. Please try again later

Has anyone experienced this error?

Yes - give it a day - in this case - wait until today, Sunday or Monday. System takes time if you’ve just setup the account. Or if the system is down for maintenance (if mentioned). It’s normal for it to not sign in on first day of setup.
