How did you get a refund??? I'm planning to apply for Express Entry too since this racist province is a nightmare.

I want to know the same thing. I would like to get the refund. please share with me how to get the refund from midi since EE now has better policy for french and so much faster.

You guys here are all pretty dumb. Quebec is a waste of time anyways, most autistic people in Canada live there. Montreal is nice, but not enough to put up with all the bullshit you see in that province.
I created my application in Mon Project Quebec in the last quarter of 2016. Noticed it would take a hell lot of time, and applied for my refund. They refunded me last month.
Best thing I have ever done, on the fast track with Express Entry now Also moved to Western Canada, you cannot apply for EE in Quebec.

Could you please let us know the process to get the refund, I called the immigration Quebec and they are saying that they dont refund the amount.
