Can anyone advise how long on average the processing time is for MVO?

Our ecas changed to 'In Process' on the applicant side, but haven't received any communication from the VO yet.

been reviewing january 2015 applicants and some of them already have LANDED on june 2015
6-8 months maybe

Question, not sure if you would know.. do we have to provide that paper called Advisory on Marriage if we're married outside of the Philippines?

I recall in the country specific guidelines for the Philippines, they said if a marriage took place abroad you can just provide the original marriage certificate.
