I got an email asking for the New LOA, just want to ask if I can submit the one I got by the email from the university? is it considered original (because it is a black and white) ?

Please share if you have any idea

you should attach the new letter of acceptance you received from your institution same as it is in your e-mail as attachment. good luck.
